Fantastic service. After arriving home early am from holiday to find our drains blocked Mark was just a phone call away. Very grateful for his prompt and friendly service coming out on a Saturday.

After I contacted him, Mark came the very next day to sort out a problem with our drains. The work was excellent. There was a thorough inspection of the complex drain system using his video camera equipment and he was able to fix the problem and block off one redondant drain straight away.

Now my goto guy for drains:Having whitnessed literally tens of litres of water from drains going down the side of the house when torrential raining (prob explains damp inside on wall), i was geared up for digging up my soakaways and redoing it all. Mark attempted to assure me it probably wasnt neccessary. He jetted it and we looked at it on it camera. I held fire waiting for the next torrential rain to hit. Well 3 months later we just got it. Mark was right, i was wrong. I thought the system was prob overloaded from 3 flat roofs and neigbours and my pitched roofs all going into same soakaway. Thanks Mark will def use you again next time.

10/10 - if we could give a higher score we would. Mark is a trustworthy, friendly, experienced professional and we will be recommending him to everyone we know. In short we had a sink blockage made extremely difficult to clear due to the set up of the pipework. We had tried everything we were capable of to clear the blockage and then called out one engineer who after an hour was unable to clear it. Mark then arrived and was able to relieve so much stress, he had a conclusion for the blockage and explained everything that needed to happen and kept us informed every step of the way. He was determined to clear the blockage and went above and beyond to ensure we had a working sink again. Without him and his expertise we feel we would have had to have paid out far more money than we did and it was so comforting to have full trust in someone working in our home. He even helped us deal with our estate agent as the property is rented. Thank you Mark and watch out as we will be calling on you again if we experience any further drainage issues.

Mark did an excellent job with a minimum of fuss. He not only unblocked the drain which was full of sand & cement following work by somewhat dodgy landscapers, but he solved an intermittent long-term drain-smell problem in our shower room.
